Not sure which test you need? Your treating doctor's request tells us what question to answer. Each service page explains what the test is, who it is for, how to prepare, how long it takes and when to expect your report.
KDRC offers 15 services: 192-slice CT scan, CT angiography, open MRI, HD 3D/4D ultrasound, Doppler, mobile ultrasound, HD endoscopy, bone mineral density (BMD), EEG, pulmonary function test (PFT), FNAC, biopsy, catheter insertion, teleradiology and a 24-hour ambulance.
Booking ahead is recommended for CT, MRI, endoscopy and procedures such as biopsy, because some need preparation like fasting or a blood test for kidney function. Call 061-553538 or 9856077433 and our team will give you a time and preparation instructions.
Ultrasound reports are often ready soon after the scan. CT and MRI reports take longer, depending on how complex the study is, and biopsy and FNAC samples need laboratory processing. Our team will tell you when to collect your report.
Your doctor decides based on the question being asked. CT is fast and excellent for bones, lungs, bleeding and emergencies; MRI uses no radiation and shows the brain, spine, joints and soft tissue in more detail. Read our CT and MRI pages, or ask our team if you are unsure.
Prices vary by test, body part and whether contrast is used, so we quote them individually. Call us for the current price of the test your doctor has requested.
